Pelican Point is a Two Story Beach House sitting within feet of the Atlantic Ocean on Vilano Beach.   The Upstairs is the primary living area with 2 bedrooms/2 baths, living room and fully equipped kitchen.  The entire living area upstairs looks out upon the ocean.  The downstairs, which has a separate entrance, is a spacious studio apartment that can easily sleep 5!. It has it's own full bath, living area and kitchen.  The floor plan is perfect for family gatherings!

During the off season, we can rent the two stories separately according to individual needs.
