The Upstairs has 2 bedrooms/2 baths. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. The living area stretches across the entire front of the house overlooking the Atlantic. The living room is nicely furnished with one of the couches pulling out to a full sized bed.
The downstairs is a spacious studio apartment. It is quiet, has it's own garden and amenities. It can sleep five with the king sized bed, sleeper sofa and twin bed.
